The home is located just West of Sterling Farms Golf Course off of Vine road. Great neighborhood. The home last sold in 2000 for $510,000. My best guess is that this will sell for 10-13% off list price when looking at comparable homes recently sold.

Dunn Avenue is right off of High Ridge Road, not too far from the Merritt Parkway. Nice location if you want to be close to High Ridge shopping area and entrance to Merritt.
